Vicar is the gang-leader to influential street crew "The Depression." Five Guy is his goodest judy.

Biography[]

Appearance[]

Vicar is 6'0 and fucking stacked. He has long, dark purple 3b hair and pointed ears, with grey eyes. His lips are full and his bottom lip is orange. His molars are gold. His jaw is wide like his neck is and he carries a tattoo along his hairline behind his ear.

His face and body are covered in small moles, and he has an hourglass shape. His legs are waxed and his nails are groomed and occasionally painted.

Vicar walks chin-up and his posture is ergonomic. He mirrors the body-language of anyone who's repect he wants to earn, though his hands are always busy or fidgeting.

Personality[]

"	"Yeah," he's almost done wrapping her knee. Most people would call it overkill, but Five places it somewhere between thorough and protective. "Does that worry you?" she asks. He leans back when he's done, making no move to untangle himself from her legs, "Everything does."	"

Vicar is a creative, thoughtful person who inspires other people. He has the constant compulsion to make sure everyone is okay and that their needs are tended to.

He is a boiling pot of functional anxiety, wrapped in a soft blanket of empathy and care, which is then dipped in a hard shell of humor and appearance. He would prefer only people he likes see past the first shell, and if he could have it his way, No One would see into the gaping maw of anxiety at his core.

He leverages this anxiety as a tool to be fastidious, careful, and detailed. Exercise is his coping mechanism, as is his diet. He will micromanage any part of his life that he is able, in an effort to feel in control.

Childhood[]

Vicar is the disowned bastard child of a wealthy politician that lives on an affluent disc close to earth, a disc that experiences comfort which runs on the well-oiled machine of the oppressed laboring class.

Growing up surrounded by a diverse array of poverty, and having access to his parent's lifestyle in small doses, he was raised with a clear view of both sides of the coin. This dichotomy never left him, and from childhood he was always haunted by an urgent sense of disharmony.

Career[]

As a leader, Vicar believes strongly in a need to stay centered— that to be kept from getting torn apart & rundown by the exhaustion of capitalism, you need to hold onto yourself. He endeavors to nurture a space that every crew member can call home.

As well as in his own life, Vicar strives to make sure that art, humor and self expression remain an integral part of the depression's message, image, and every day lifestyle.

Relationships[]

Five[]

Five is employed by Vicar and has become an important friend to him over the years, and is his favorite person to be around. She is his go to partner for eating food, creating art, doing errands, and just existing on the discs.

She is a calming presence to him, which is incredibly ironic and confusing to everyone, except Vicar. They have a close relationship that no one on the outside quite understands fully.

Clerk[]

Clerk is Five's older brother and has little interaction with Vicar. When Clerk is around, Vicar will sometimes act as a mediator between Clerk's feelings and his Self. It's vaguely cordial.

He is quietly envious of Vicar's connection to his sister and Vicar is aware of it, but does not acknowledge it.

Reuben[]

Reuben is Vicar's runner and climber. He was introduced to Vicar by Clerk.

Vicar finds his banter entertaining, but mostly what he finds him is efficient and competent at what he does. They don't know each other very well.
